Watt Works Nutrition offers a variety of packages to coaching and support you in getting the results you want. We can customize a variety of dietary protocols such as ketogenic, carnivore, paleo, plant-based or somewhere in-between. No two people are the same, so no one diet will meet your needs perfectly. So here at Watt Works Nutrition, we work with you to figure out what your body needs to allow you to be healthy, vibrant, and motivated.

Nutritional Online/FaceTime Support

In this package, we want to guide you to get the best possible start with handouts, one-on-one weekly sessions and a place to have your questions answered. Included are

  • 60-90 minute intake and health review
  • 6 weekly sessions (20-30 minutes long)
  • handouts
  • accountability
  • and so much more

Email Support Package

With this coaching package, you will get 8 weeks of email support, which includes:

  • weekly food journal review
  • calculated dietary needs to meet your goal(s)
  • handouts
  • accountability
  • a place to ask questions

Additional Support

Once you’ve completed one of the packages above, you can receive additional weekly and/or monthly support to keep you accountable until you’ve met your personal health goals or feel you are able to do things on your own. Coaching is a tool to help you achieve your personal goals.
