Pumpkin Chia Green Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree fresh preferred but canned is ok
  • 1 frozen organic banana
  • 1 cup plain water chai tea (cold) — I used Tazo Chia Latte Mix (found at Costco)
  • 2 scoops of pumpkin protein powder
  • 1 scoop Clear Fibre powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spirulina powder
  • 2 kale leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
  2. Enjoy!
