  • ½ c pumpkin puree
  • 1 c milk alternative I use sunflower milk
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Protein vanilla
  • 2-3 Medjool dates pits removed, of course
  • 1 tsp flax oil up to 1 T
  • Dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
  • 3-5 ice cubes


  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Recipe Notes

Food Wizard Notes:
Substitute the dates with another natural sweetener like stevia, honey or maple syrup.
Add more fibre by using Clear Fibre or ground chia or flax seeds.  
If using ground flax seeds, omit the flax oil.
Don't have pumpkin, substitute mashed sweet potatoes.
