Be Proud of Yourself

Action alleviates anxiety.

Stop thinking “what if…” and think about “why not?” instead.  Your actions determine what you are doing to reach your goal.  I find it is much better to make smaller steps, which move me closer to my ultimate goal.  This is far more manageable.

You set a goal.  You made a plan.  You scheduled it.  You’re working on realizing your goal.  So, be proud of yourself!

Every choice you make has the potential of moving you closer to realizing your weight loss goals.  Every meal you follow on your personal plan is another step closer.  Every workout you plan and do is a step closer.  With every step, you are paving a path to a changed lifestyle and a healthier YOU.  So be proud of yourself now.  Don’t wait until you reach that “big” goal because the could be weeks or even months away.

What’s your goal, right now?  Break it into manageable bite-size steps.  Then be proud of yourself for every step that brings you closer to your goal.
