Top Posts of 2014

As I collected the most popular posts of 2014, I realized it has been quite the year.  2014 wraps up my first year as a nutritionist, educator, blogger and business owner.  WOW!  I posted my 100th blog post in September too.  As I compiled this list, I reflected on the amount of knowledge I imparted to you, my reader.  Thank you for allowing me to find my voice and being my readers.

As my readership has grown, you are making it clear what you want to learn about and what you want to cook.  For that, I am grateful and will attempt to give you more of what you are asking for.  So continue to comment or email your requests to brenda@wattworksnutrition.ca.

This year as I blogged, I settled into blogging twice weekly including quality information and recipes.  I even broadened my base by inviting a guest blog post.  (It’s really hard for me to let go of controlling what is included here.)

My goal for 2015 at WattWorksNutrition.ca is to consistently impart knowledge and recipes twice weekly.  As well, Brenda Watt RHN and Watt Works Nutrition will be offering new programs — online, private and group — to meet the needs of my clients.

Smoothie VS Elixir10.  WHAT’S AN ELIXIR?

You all know what a smoothie is, right? A blender concoction of ingredients that includes whatever you want.
